América del Sur Fishing Expeditions was founded by Pablo Chaves, a professional fishing guide since 2010 and an organizer and leader of fishing expeditions throughout South America since 2017.

Bilingual in French and with a solid level of English, Pablo has worked several seasons as a fishing guide at one of Europe’s most important guiding centers, as well as two seasons as a manager at one of Colombia’s most renowned fishing lodges. This experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of fishing tourism, as well as a strong focus on client service and experience.

With dual Spanish and Colombian nationality, his mission is to create premium fishing experiences defined by world-class destinations, seamless organization, and exceptional fishing opportunities. Every detail is designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and memorable adventure.
